6. Subscription Plans & Payments

6.1 Free Tier

Patient accounts are free forever for basic features including record storage, prescription scanning, and appointment booking.

6.2 Premium Plans

Healthcare providers (doctors, hospitals) may subscribe to paid plans for advanced features. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected.

6.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 7 days, fees are non-refundable. Contact support for refund requests.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by zuro healthcare and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all health records and documents you upload to the platform.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using zuro, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, zuro healthcare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-extracted prescription data or medicine information. Users are responsible for verifying all health-related information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
